Your Purpose in Life

I continue to struggle to complete my book. I have found that since I have no training in writing I can't seem to produce one that is acceptable to me or to the editors I have asked to help me. The bottom line is that I want to write a book about some of my experiences and the lessons I learned with the hope that it might help my kids, grandkids and others.

I went through some tough times in my life just as most everyone does, and I came out of them with what I believe is a good perspective and able to live a good and happy life. The way I got through my problems was first by prayer and then by a perspective that no matter what has happened or might happen, I will do my best to honor my parents, my kids and grandkids and all of my loved ones by the decisions I make and the way I live my life.

It seems obvious to me that our Creator intends for us to fulfill our highest and best potential with the talents and opportunities we are given.

My parents wanted nothing more strongly than for me to be happy just as that is exactly what I want for my kids and grandkids.

Our kids and grandkids will be self-confident and happy if they feel we were satisfied and happy people just as that is what I hope was the case for my parents, grandparents and ancestors.

And of course, satisfaction and happiness is what each of us wants for ourselves.

This is my story of what I found and what I did.
